edit breadcrum nav

how would i go about editing what is shown in the breadcrum.
instead of showing ie:
Home > User Galleries > Allan > MyPics

show only....
Allan > MyPics

for what its worth "Allan" is a user name and "MyPics" is one of his albums :)
All help appreciated.
