User can't Upload (vb3.0.3)

Hi

As Admin I can upload file's, but when I loggin as a User I can't upload... any1 know's this Problem?

Did you set things up for user upload as described in the documentation? Please describe what you have done so far. If that still doesn't work, please post a link and an account with upload privileges.
