How to set different time?

My server is in US, I live in UK, my website is Lithuanian ;D ;D Now, between server and website time difference is 7 hours. How and where can I set it?

At the moment you cannot change the time for coppermine, but it will be in the next version.

Please don't ask when the next version will be available.  It's still in the alpha stage and there is no release date.
