Setting Up Contributors

Hey,

I was just wondering how could I set up a group called Contributors who has access to creating new albums within the main page and upload files to their album?

it's by design that non-admins can not create albums in the public gallery. There's no known workaround. It's not recommended to give admin provileges to others, but it's the only way to accomplish this. "Regular" users can create albums within their user gallery.
