moving the add comments section to top of the existing comments... if the comments end up being long, then u have to scroll all the way down... further more, if u want to look at the picture and comment without opening a new window its not possible

For moving the comment box above comments open displayimage.php and move lines 347 to 370 just above line 310

Note: Take a back up of the file before attempting it - untested
