Private albums are viewable?

I'm new to coppermine and just installed it.  I've been reading the posts here and did some searches but I'm still not sure what's wrong.  I've done everything to make some of my albums private (or so I think) but registered users are still able to view them.

How exactly did you make your albums private? In the album properties, there are different group levels you can allow to see the photos. Which one did you assign to the private albums?

In the properties there are three options for visitors... I have them all set to NO

Then it probably says No next to this setting, "Users can have private albums" in Config. Change to Yes. Please read the documentation next time.

Are you talking about in the User Group permission settings?  Under Users can have Personal Gallery I have it set to yes for everyone except anonymous and banned.
