I moved this here becuase the link attempted to initiate a download onto my computer, and I am not at my regular computer.  I will analyze it later and move it back if it is okay.

Usually a php download signifies that there is no php installed on the server.. or a really bad config.

You could always edit the link in the post :) so the OP wouldn't be left wondering..

The file is just the install.php file, so I have returned the post to the appropriate forum.

@chazhud87: it seems like you don't have php-enabled webspace. If you're running your own server it might just be misconfigured. If you're with a webhost, aks them what features your webspace has (you need to have php and mySQL and either GD or ImageMagick). Please refer to the faq for details how to find out what you have on your server.
If you're sure you have these features on your server, please post details on your server config.

As most hosts do; just make sure it's enabled for your account!

Damn right, when browser tries to download php or only shows the content of the php as a textfile, then php isn't enabled for your account.
