« on: September 20, 2004, 04:31:19 am »

This particular picture causes a "The page cannot be displayed" in displayimage when called.
Tried on 2 seperate coppermine system and was given a same error.

Would any kind soul help to try this pic on your coppermine install, and perhaps give me a idea what could be the problem ?

P/s: no error during uploading
thumbnail showing without any problem
just that displayimage couldn't load when opening this particular picture

this file is broken (maybe it's not using RGB palette, can't tell for sure as I don't have the proper tools on the machine I'm on right now) - open it on your client with mspaint or similar, and use "save as" to save it to another location or with another filename. This fixed the pic for me - try using attached pic.

strange enough
I tried your proposed method using Photoshop, saved in a different location with a different filename, doesn't work
and mspaint does not allow me to open up the image

however, your attached image does upload successfully for me.
Thanks
