Problem with the registration

Hm I got a problem with the registration at my Coppermine Gallery. My site domain is look-at.it You can try it yourself to register. But it doesn't work ... At the beginning it worked fine, but now :( "There was an error while processing a database query" Anybody got an idea, why it doesn't work now?

You added 2 extra fields to the reg page but haven't adjusted the sql query properly.
