Error when attempting to use the batch upload
« on: September 17, 2004, 03:44:38 am »

When I attempt to use the batch upload function I receive the following message.

"Warning: the script can't write in this directory, you need to change its mode to 755 or 777 before trying to add the pictures !"

Checked all of the folders and they are all set to 755.

If I ignore the message, select the appropriate album and press the [selected picture] button I receive the broken picture icon and the message reads

"Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image."

All of the photo files are png files and none of them are larger than 600x600px

When I attempt to move individual files up I receive the following message

"Critical error
Failed to create directory albums/userpics/10001 !

File: /home2/midsolu/public_html/photoalbum/db_input.php - Line: 223 "

The site address is http://midsolutions.org/photoalbum and I am the site administrator -- I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide.

You seem to have accidently lost your 'Powered by Coppermine' link from the bottom of your site. I suggest replacing it before you seek support. Upgrading to 1.3.2 would be the easiest way to do this.
