duplicate pics

when i batch add files, some of the files i upload are added twice to the gallery
see here, middle row, the two on the left: http://derangedtaco.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=41&page=8

those are dupes. they are linking to the same jpg but they have their own separate mysql data.

why does this happen.

You're running cpg1.4.8. Most recent stable release currently is cpg1.4.14, so you're running 6 versions behind. Upgrading is mandatory, as there is a reason why we package maintenance releases. Reluctance to upgrade leads to vulnerability against hacking and features not working as expected.
