I haven't check the site for a couple days so I don't know what happened. I didn't update or upgrade anything for quite some time.

I have no idea where to start on fixing this problem. I sent my server an email to see if they upgraded php or changed the database server recently.

I'd also like to note that a photo section on a different website it working fine.

It's on the same server, so I assume there's something wrong with either the database or the setup on the floodplane site.

I get a blank page, not much to go on. Only your host can really help you here. Perhaps turning on error reporting can help.
