Title: Admin User Gallery
Post by: cosmicaeons on October 25, 2003, 12:50:58 am
It may not have posed a problem for anyone, but admins can't have their own folder to post images in. I've tried going into User Mode in the default admin, as well as making a Registered User an admin, but no admins can post pictures into a 'User Galleries' folder. I could really do with that function, and I'm sure it's not something that would have been intentionally left out, right?

Sure they can...
Did you remember to create an album first?

You can create a random album, sure, but you can't make one inside  /User Galleries/Your Username/  Not that I can see, anyway...

Yes, you can make an album in /User Galleries/admin/
but of course, you can't make an album in /User Galleries/whatever-name/ with the admin account.

Can you tell me how to do it as an admin? Because the option doesn't appear as an admin as it does for a regular user. I'm sure it doesn't - I can't see it anyway!

when you are in the album manager,
select *My Gallery* instead of *No Category*
and make a new album there
