It would be handy if I can set one upload max file size limit for movie files, and a different one for photos. I think it's "one size fits all" right now? The thing is that I recognise that movie files will normally be much bigger than jpegs, but a very poorly scanned/optimised jpeg could also be very big. Therefore I'd like to set a limit of, say, 1Mb of jpegs, and a limit of, say, 5Mb for video clips.

Currently, you can set the total amount of space each user is allowed to use on the site for all of their pictures/movies. This is called a quota. Unless you are self-hosted or can get your web host to change the server settings, you cannot control the allowable upload size of files.

I was looking for the same, if there is an mod/option to set seperate filesize for images en video's, and i found this topic.
This topic is more than 3 years old, and maybe there is an option avalible now.
So, can anybody tell me how i can make a seperate uploadsizes voor video ?
