Title: Changing the design of Coppermine?
Post by: LordOfGood on August 25, 2004, 05:49:21 pm
Ok with my current website design i found it quite easy just to edit the index.html file to include my site navigation and logo etc to match the rest of the site!

Well my site is currently going through a revamp and is now changing the design to php well the problem with that is that i now have php include lines in the new design template and i cant just put these into the index.html file!

How would i change the coppermine design to match my new design??

Cheers in advance!

Ok i just read through that post and its kinda unclear!

Heres the url of the new design - http://www.heartofmiddle-earth.com/V2/Index.php

The things i want to have in the gallery design are the logo and header the footer and the navigation bar at the side!

Now some of those use includes eg the who is online uses a include line to include a script ot read the login details!

So how would i include those in my coppermine design?

take a look at some of the themes from the demo that come with a menu on the left hand side - this is all a matter of plain html formating. Please read the docs, search the board, do some experiments and ask more specific questions if you didn't find what you were looking for.
