I am also interested in the right hand menu. I wonder is there a theme that has similar right menu. I have search all the themes on the demo and hasn't found one yet.

There is a section in the faq on how to add right hand menus, and the theme 'Reynolds' has this.  This is not shown on the demo, but you can see it and download it here. (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=8057.msg32547#msg32547)
