Title: Thumbnails issues & can't see the correct albums content
Post by: pdlvhs on September 08, 2021, 12:05:46 pm
Hi guys, I'm the admin of https://vanessa-annehudgens.com/ and I'm having some issues with my gallery.

The first one is I changed the settings of the thumbnails and resized all the files but they still does appear like that:

https://imgbox.com/rfEWKUDV
https://imgbox.com/Oj1eKSGP

As you can see, every thumbnails look in a different size, not the one I configured this ones:

https://imgbox.com/ep6UFprU

I truly don't know why this happens.

The other issue is that every album I upload, when I click on the album to access to it, instead of showing the pictures uploaded to the album, it is what it shows (on every single album old and new created ones):

https://imgbox.com/5D2711WI

for example in this new albums (https://imgbox.com/fKwyeStz), when you click it shows this (https://imgbox.com/5D2711WI). Not the corresponent pictures. When you click it should show the pictures uploaded, but instead I see the other ones, on all albums.

for example in this albums, when you click you see what i add on the picture below, no the corresponent pictures:

https://vanessa-annehudgens.com/thumbnails.php?album=4566
https://vanessa-annehudgens.com/thumbnails.php?album=4565

I didn't install any new plugin, it started happening after I upgraded to the last coppermine version (i had the old one).

Hope you guys could help me to fix it, I'll message you my admin login details if anyone can help, i would be so grateful.
... thank you so much !

Sorry, I cannot access your linked images as they are blocked by our firewall. We much prefer it if you attach your images to your post. It helps other in the future as linked images often vanish.

How did you resize your thumbs? Have you used the admin tools to regenerate them as required?
