Title: dupechecker plugin

I used it a few years ago. But now this plugin is dead. Can someone re-create this plugin for CPG 16? This is a very useful plugin.

Hey ScreamQueen,

I rebuilt it on 1.6.  It was only a couple of mysql definitions.  Give it a shot and let me know if you have any problems. :)
