Title: Disable hotlinking for 1.6?

Search the other CPG1.6 sub-boards and didn't see any topics about "hotlinking".

I have a sneaking suspicion hotlinking is eating up my resources. Was wondering if there's a way to disable this (but still let people save images, of course)?
