Title: Flash Media Player Plugin - Fails installation.

I have tried to install the Flash Media Player plugin but it fails with the following error, which seems to be to do with the database:

According to the author all you need is to install the plugin.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem?
I have version: cpg1.6.x-1.6.08

I have found the problem!  A later version that works with cpg-1.6
