Title: Having installation problems with cpm fetch.

When I go to install the plugin, this keeps coming up.......

Important information - install has been halted.
ERROR: Did not find config file at ../include/config.inc.php

the file is in my coppermine gallery files in the include file.......please help, thanks.

I have the latest version so its not that.
