Title: Can't Log In Get Your Browser Does not accept script cookies

I've searched for answers to this but nothing works.

I upgraded to cpg 1.5.46 today (this was after the problem started)
The gallery is there.. but if I try to log in (in Chrome) I get the error message and it doesn't log me in.
I tried in Firefox ..and got same error and it said I am banned from the site.

I tried editing the config table in MyPhp but I can't find any entry for cookies in the config table .. could this be the problem?
And if yes.. what code do I insert?

Thanks..
 I checked my server time and reset the time zone. Tried to log in .. still doesn't work .. still same error about cookies.

 I believe the problem is that for some reason I do not have any line pertaining to cookies in my config table.

I don't know what I should insert to put it there.. if that is the problem.  But since people are fixing it by editing that value.. and I don't have it at all.. I'm thinking that's the problem.

I ended up installing a 2nd copy of coppermine in order to make a new database.. then connected the new database to my old gallery.
I imported some tables.. for the images, categories etc.. but not the users and config. They were new.

I'm still assuming there was a problem with config table on the old database.

I'm able to log in now.. no problems.
