Is there anyway to have Slideshows of Search Images from Keywords?
-
Did you searched the plugins to see if that is one that has that option? http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search). Type slideshow and select to search only cpg1.5 plugin contributions.
flf_flashcloud - Get a moving cloud with your image tags http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,63693.0.html (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,63693.0.html)

I was hoping Coppermine was going to do this for the next upgrade.
New to this kind of Forum and did not know how to do a search for this. :-[
-
I don't really understand want you mean by "Slideshows of Search Images from Keywords", but flf_flashcloud - Get a moving cloud with your image tags was what you are looking for?
I was hoping Coppermine was going to do this for the next upgrade.
I can post in Feature requests http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/board,7.0.html (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/board,7.0.html) if you want coppermine to have it by default, not by using a plugin.

In a Gallery you can click on a Thumbnail and then You can view the entire Gallery as a Slideshow. Every few seconds the next Image in the Gallery will show. That is what I would like. I am not too sure about Plugins and Security. Old fashioned I guess.

Just tested, slideshow of search results works as expected. What's the actual question?
-
As expected ???? I see none.

This page http://www.webhorology.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?search=model&submit=search&album=search&title=on&newer_than=&caption=on&older_than=&keywords=on&type=AND (http://www.webhorology.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?search=model&submit=search&album=search&title=on&newer_than=&caption=on&older_than=&keywords=on&type=AND) to go directly to

-
E.g. http://www.webhorology.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=search&keywords=on&search=seth+thomas
Click any thumbnail, then the slideshow button.

All this shows is an error
-
And I "assumed" I had everything set correctly.
-
I have located the problem and it is only in IE.
-
The search feature stores the search terms in a cookie. So you probably have disabled cookies in your IE.
-
Works fine in Firefox and on Mac.
There may be a compatibility issue in IE with all the recent upgrades.
-
Works as expected with IE 11 on Win 7.
-
Win 7 IE 11 with Cookies enabled. Still does not work and I am the Host and Admin.
The problem is on my Comp and I have no idea where.
-
After you've searched pictures and click on a thumbnail, can you navigate to the prev/next image? I assume not, as I'm still certain your browser has an issue with the cookie (if it accepts it at all). Can you login to your gallery with IE? On your screenshot, I can see a tool bar with the drop down field "safety". Maybe there's an option to don't accept (certain) cookies. Restoring default options in your IE may also solve the issue. However, please keep in mind that we cannot support client side issues. I just tested with Win 8.1 and IE and slideshow for search results also work for me in your gallery.

Andre - I am extremely satisfied with the results of this Forum. I really like the updated look of Coppermine. It has a lot of bells and whistles that I am just beginning to explore. Took a lot of work to restore from 1.2 but has been worth it. Had to do it all by hand. I had to do a backup files of Categories, Images, Users, and Galleries along with all the Image Files. Then reload one file at a time to 1.5. Tedious, but has been fun for me.
