This is already possible - go to "groups" from your admin menu and allow guests to post comments there.

if cpg is bridged with punbb this not work :( Please help

It does work. However, this is not a support sub-board, but one for future features. If you have issues with your install, start a new thread on the bridging sub-board (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?board=50.0) after having read the sticky thread "When requesting bridge support - mandatory! (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24032.0)". Locking.
