right-click, properties on the embedded video will reveal the full url of the video itself, in your case http://netexode.com/~racingcrew/dirtmx/Copermin/coppermine1.3.0/albums/userpics/10001/UpOnOne_KX_80_Crash.wmv
Just do a right-click, "save target as" on above link...
