Title: Is there a way to change the link output from an ip address to the hostname?

when i try to access the forgot password link or use a social sharing plugin the links output from CPG are in an ip address form and are not being loaded??? Is it possible to change that output to a hostname.
for example the output is http://174.121.134.90/~wwwphoen/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=98 and I want it to be http://www.phoenixstudio.com/~wwwphoen/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=98. I have searched the forums but cannot seem to find any threads on this.
