I don't get what you mean with "single link". You now have a sitemap which displays all categories and subcategories, right?

I just tested the sitemap plugin and it created a new subfolder: http://jhonfelipeurregomejia.com/nuevasplantillas2013/sitemaps/sitemap_index.xml

What do you want to add to the main menu, and what exactly do you mean with "main menu"?
