When using an external link, for example: index.php?theme=curve

Is it possible to add a "array" in this plugin, so that it can navigate in any theme without accepting cookies and not be returned to the default theme?

That is, the user does not manually change theme ... It does so by link.

Not sure what exactly you're asking for. By default, the chosen theme is stored in a cookie. If the user doesn't accept cookies, we cannot store it for the user, that's why the theme will be the default theme for every new page load without the theme parameter.
