Title: Thumbnail of album when sharing album

Whenever I share a link of an album on facebook or any other site I do not get an thumbnail with the post.. How can I generate a thumbnail whenever I share the album on facebook or another site.

I don't know how Facebook determines or searches for an appropriate thumbnail picture. Is there any documentation?
