Title: USING HTML IN CPG
Post by: soulman on July 05, 2004, 08:45:46 am
Hi There,

I use CPG in my Postnuke and also standalone with my Trophy Company.
I currently have all my trophy catologues on CPG and users love the new features and
display of the photos.

But, by installing CPG , I have lost the ability for users to click through to shopping cart and be able to pay for the goods.
My shopping cart is just a URL which points to another Linux based system and allows users to BUY ONLINE.

Is there any way, that I can implement this on CPG. All I need to do is add a button or text with a hyperlink in HTML.

Has anyone done this before ??? I tried putting a straight URL in the description of a photo but it did not convert to HTML but remain static text.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Did you take a look at MOD. add a Paypal shopping basket to your gallery. (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=7619.0)? Anyway, you can't add html to fields, but you can use bbcode (like on this board).
