How can I do this http://the-fame.org/albums/userpics/10001/008~18.jpg to my gallery?

I assume the gallery admin used one of the methods you can find in our boards to protect direct pictures views and extended it with a script that redirects to the corresponding intermediate-sized view. As far as I know that solution hasn't been published here, at least not in the cpg1.5.x boards.
