Title: Initial issues regarding users, uploading images & albums

I have installed Coppermine on my server without much problem. Then after some searching I managed to set up bridging between smf 2.0.4 and Coppermine 1.5.22.

I have some problems now.

Before I set up some albums I could see User Albums, so I changed the name to Members Galleries. I also set up a General Gallery with about 12 sub albums in it.

Now comes the problem.

It now appears I cannot upload a photo. There is no upload file button on coppermine at the moment. What am I doing wrong?

Also my personal album shows up, yet someone else created a user one and I cannot see it?
Can someone help talk me through Setting up the general gallery being able to be uploaded to all members. The User/Members Galleries being able to be upload file to their albums and be able to be visible to all members.

I've tried looking in the documents but I must be missing something.

I can now see the upload button but when I click it I cannot post (even as admin) to the general albums but can upload to person albums.

Also how can I set the user albums to automatically be visible to all members?

What does this mean? Are the albums in public categories listed at all? If so, do you get an error message?

Please post a link to your gallery, a test user account with upload privileges and a screenshot of your groups manager to your next reply.

Well, I can see you've now added some albums to the General albums section. ;)

Want to make it so only the Admin can add an album to the General. So I guess that the "Group(s) allowed to create albums in this category" should be Global Mods?

Also how do I make it so that I do not need to approve images?

Thanks. Not sure you have sussed it though. The public albums are in the user album category, I think. Or at least that's where my personal album went. ???
