Please upgrade to the latest stable release (currently cpg1.5.22). Please also attach a screenshot of your plugin manager to your next reply.

When I visit http://street-stars.info/gallery/index.php?file=external_tracker/plugin_config I get
Quote
Error
You don't have permission to access this page.
as expected.

This means that the plugin engine seems to work in general. What do you get when you visit that link each as guest/user and as admin after the upgrade?

Well taking the admin function and trying to edit the light box feature

http://street-stars.info/gallery/index.php?file=lightbox_notes_for_net/admin

iam redirected to the main index site.

What is als curious is that once api is enabled it only shows 4 of the installed plugins in the list disableing any scrolling function

Shall i make you a dummy test account with admin rights?

Then probably the next plugin is corrupted or something like that. That's why I asked you what happens if you visit the external_tracker link, not the lightbox one (which isn't listed in your screenshot).

Please temporary remove all other plugins than the external_tracker plugin via FTP and the plugin manager should display the Coppermine footer. Then, re-upload your plugin folders one by one and check each time if you see the Coppermine footer at the plugin manager. Once it won't be displayed, you found the culprit. Remove it and proceed with the rest of your plugins (maybe it's more than one plugin that doesn't work correctly).

I don't know that plugin nor support it. I suggest to ask your question in the plugin's announcement thread.

Okay thought this issue was still realted to the orignal config issue.

Solution to this problem was a bad plugin as Suggested by Andre remove all Plugins and manual add them oe by one. The one which is not showing up under the installed section after upload will be the faulty one.

Thanks again to Andre for the help.
