Hello,
I just received these errors a few weeks back on my gallery and I have no clue how to fix it:

A step-by-step guide on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated since I don't know anything about PHP and what files to edit for this error message.

No need to edit any php files at all. There are numerous threads detailing these errors. Basically your server has been setup to show all warnings. These warnings meant for developers and are simple to hide. Do a quick search and you will find all the details. Would find them for you but not easy to do on an iPhone.
