Title: Watermark Resize

hi how do i resize my Watermark for intermediate?

i had a full size of Height at 1080
 
but Watermark wont resize for intermediate. I set my intermediate Height at 800

i quite confuse with the Watermark setting

I guess we're talking about the following setting?

If so, the watermark will downsized if the pictures' width is smaller than that value.
