Title: Upgraded to 1.5.20 but did not run install script??

Wonder if someone can give me some advice.

I just upgraded from 1.5.18 to 1.5.20 and when I pointed my browser at the install script it returned a message of
The installer has already been successfully run once and is now locked.

When I check the config setting page it tells me at the top I am running 1.5.20 (stable)

If I click on the Documentation tab it brings up a document titled
Coppermine Photo Gallery v1.5.18: Documentation and Manual

Anyway everything works fins but in the past the install file has always gone though checks and stuff so is this correct that it should do everything in the background as soon as everything is uploaded.

I needed to point the browser at upgrade.php sorry my bad
