Title: Upload - Unknown PHP upload error code

No matter if I use old or new upload system, when the upload is almost finished I get a pop-up message saying: unknown php upload error code.
I haven't uploaded anything since three or four months, and I haven't touched anything in that time span. I wonder if my fancy host did something (just like when silently disabled escapeshellarg() and pretended it has ALWAYS been disabled).
Debug already activated.

Seems to be working for me. Uploaded two photos, one small and one large.
I didn't see debug mode on for everyone though.

That's weird, now it works for me too.
I guess my hosting was doing some maintenance work (which lasted at least until 4PM CET, when I last tried).
