Title: Problem with uploading resized images
Post by: Ntalia on August 03, 2012, 01:14:55 pm
Hello

My gallery is http://chris-brown.us/photos and my problem is that I have added to the existing gallery option that resizes too big images. I wanted to make resized images for all old photos by goin to admin tools and choosing Update Thumbs And/Or Resized Photos / Only resized pictures to all albums. But after that it uploads few albums and then blank page shows. I even tried to set Number of processed images per click on 1 so it would go, but it shows blank page anyway.

for now it stops on this album http://chris-brown.us/photos/thumbnails.php?album=150 ( 4 pics have resized images and 5th doesnt )

Could You please help me ?

<!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.5.18 (stable)-->
Please upgrade.

Editing posts has been disabled for regular members.

Check this:
If it stops at a blank page, check the browser's address bar, it will look like
Code: [Select]
util.php?numpics=25&startpic=110000&albumid=0&autorefresh=1&action=update_thumbs&updatetype=0&form_token=44f260162c3716813c875604d3ddacda&timestamp=1334221371#admin_tool_thumb_update
At first you should go to the config and (temporary) increase the form token life time before your next try.

Then, if it fails again, try a lower value for numpics. If it even fail with the value '1', maybe there's an issue with just one picture, so you could try to skip that picture by manually increasing startpic by 1 (or more, if more than one issue cause that issue).
