Title: lost ability to post pix in forums from gallery
Post by: paperlife on May 10, 2012, 09:30:13 am: so, i have a website, it has a forum, and a gallery, (using coppermine 1.5.18) and a day or so ago, a few things happened.

1, i uploaded 2 new pix, and couldn't use them as i normally do...

view pic from gallery, right click, and copy image location into the post, to get the image on the forum(s)...well, that don't work any longer, yet old posts i made across the world still work

even weirder, is, the same image, from an old post, will have the same info in the brackets (inside [img])...and will work if i copy the image location from the old post, but NOT from the gallery (same pic even)....

*beep* happened ?
more importantly, how can i fix this ?

i couldnt replicate the issue i found yesterday, but really, when i coppied and pasted and tested teh preview, only one link would work..now, it seems all my images are GIF's.

*beep*.

and this is the new (same) pic that is from my gallery that is the same pic, but doesnt work in any forum any longer.. possibly due to being .gif's

yes, that did it.
and i don't remember even doing it, but im happy i know how to fix it now. THANKS
also, i seemed to turn off flash for mulitiple uploads.

was thinking about that, with so many smooth tabs (everywhere) i would suggest an orange or .gif icon to hit when solved (that and the ability to unsolve it too).
