Title: 2 CPMFetch errors

I am helping out a friend of mine with her website.  I installed coppermine gallery, and cpmfetch.  Cpmtfetch seemed to install correctly, but these errors show up on her homepage:

Also to help anyone else having the same problem, it would be helpful if you could post what you did to fix it.
