Title: Upload - Unknown PHP upload error code

I'm having issues when uploading on my Coppermine driven gallery http://foto.lo.5252.ru/
When using http uploads and the suggested settings for upload troubleshooting in place, I get the error message
 

Code: [Select]

Unknown PHP upload error code.
Here's the test user account data:
    Username: tester
    Password: tester

I have been using the image taken from foto.lo.5252.ru/zzzpg.jpg as an example to test with.

Search the forums of similar cases have not found.

I have no idea what else to do.

OS Gentoo.
Error found, variable upload_tmp_dir has not been defined.

/etc/php/apache2-php5.3/php.ini:

upload_tmp_dir = /tmp
