I upgraded (or at least tried to today) and now everytime I try to go to my page www.loving-lynam.com/gallery it says fatal error. How do I diagnose where the problem is?

Actually, this happened to me last time I upgraded too and I was told that I had to update my php. I just looked at an old post by me...they did it for me, but can anyone tell me how I can update my php this go around so I won't run into this problem every year?
