A long time ago Donnovan made this mod for me.
When uploading a picture you have a combobox for the fields USER1/2 and 4
The content of this combobox is a select distinct from the actual database for this field.
If not in the combobox you can add this with the field next to the combobox.
To make things clear I have attached an example.
This mod must be present with the single (upload.php and multi upload (editpics.php)
I need this mod within 1 or 2 weeks.

You forgot to post your budget. It might also be interesting if you still have this mod somewhere available (either as code change instruction or running live in a gallery), so the potential freelancer hasn't to start from scratch, but can use (at least) parts from the old mod.

I have all the code available.
Also still running live on an old website.
Tried to merge this code into the files of coppermine 1.5.
No luck with this.

And abcourse in the edit_one_pic.php
I have al the code and all combo boxes already appear, but the box where you can freely add some text is not added to the database.

Oke,
I have managed to get it working for:
upload.php
edit_one_pic.php
But no luck for the editpics.php
I have tried the whole day......
So still need some help.
