Title: new install reporting 'static errors'

I have installed the latest coppermine to the latest XAMPP. But I am getting errors displayed to the screen above the coppermine 'panel'.  So how do I fix these??

any help would be appreciated.  Looks like a very nice app and just what I need.

You have to disable PHP notices if you don't want to see them.
