1) This is not a hotline for instant response - a few volunteers do what they can, when they can.

2) A real link to your gallery would have helped - a guess is that your Coppermine is here:
http://www.gillian-zinser.net/photos/index.php

3) That link does not show Powered by Coppermine anywhere on the page. Please read:
http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/theme_copyright.htm

4) You are running an out of date version of Coppermine.
Upgrade, there are security fixes that you don't have in your current version.

4) Your theme is probably not cpg 1.5.x compatible.

That link does not show Powered by Coppermine anywhere on the page - i see that link!

You are running an out of date version of Coppermine - ok, will do, but i just create a new coppermine gallery and have the same problems with thumbs! new version - same problems!

Your theme is probably not cpg 1.5.x compatible - as i said before in my new gallery i used a classic theme and my thumbs are still same with white border

- i see that link!
The look of your theme has changed since I looked at it a few minutes ago,

- ok, will do, but i just create a new coppermine gallery and have the same problems with thumbs! new version - same problems!
Read the top of this page where it reads upgrade mandatory. Support is only attempted for current releases. Upgrade before you return.

- as i said before in my new gallery i used a classic theme and my thumbs are still same with white border

Does not look to be installed.

Check your theme here:
http://validator.w3.org/

Search for Firebug and use it.

Here is the thing: i have tried off in config this:

Sharpen thumbnails: include lowering the sharpness of the mask

and everything fixed, but i need this options, cause my thumbs looks lame without sharpen. but the white border is gone, any advice?

I still do not know what you're talking about as I do not see any white border.
Maybe it's a good idea if you make a screenshot with some annotations.

Additional to Stramm's advice you should attach all images instead of hot-linking them. It's not possible for supporters to understand what your actual issue is, when they cannot see the "border", as your hot-linked files now looks all as they should.
