Title: Disable number of files shown in album list

Is there an easy way to disable the number of files in an album being shown in the album list?
Or is the old way (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,62234.msg308797.html (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,62234.msg308797.html)) still the only way?
