Title: Util.php ERROR

hi, my gallery is http://kimberleywalsh.co.uk/gallery

i am trying to update my resized pictures, through admin tools, but every time i try i keep getting the error message
that i have attached.

i have looked everywhere for a solution, i've checked the coding, the error log and i can't seem to find the problem.

if anyone knows how to fix this i will be so grateful
