Title: Easy banner change

As someone who knows nothing about php, I'd like an easy way for php idiots to  change the heading of a theme, so it matched the rest of a site.

in fact you're requesting a better template system, which is being considered for the distant future (around cpg2.x), but currently you will have to live with what we have.
