I could not find a similar reuquest so i will post my own if you don't mind.
I'm currently busy setting up a large picture archive for a group of scouts who all know eachother thru the internet.
It's getting fairly large, up to 4000+ pics now and up till now it is managable.
But when you have even more of these pics the page where you see all the folders under /userpics gets a bit hectic. It's the screen you get when selecting http://pictures.scoutlink.net/searchnew.php
Is it an idea to have a sort of explorer style minimize maximize option in front of the folders ? So you can minimize a folder once it is added to the gallery.
Would be very much appreciated if that would be possible to build into Coppermine.

Good point, has been requested before and is on the todo list for a future version of coppermine (although not highest priority). If anybody comes up with a hack: you're welcome to post it.

You should upgrade to version 1.3.0, where the userpics folder and all folders in it are hidden from batch add.

Did that thanks for the idea.
But lets rephrase the question then.
As GauGau put it my question is on the to-do list. What i ment to say in my first post is if there was going to be a maximize/minimize function for folders in the /albums directory ;) That is the right question.

right now we're discussing the possible future structure of searchnew.php on the dev-only board. I'll let you know what comes out.
