Title: Disk usage

I am using cpg1.5.12.  I recently tried to upload 3 photos to my album.  I received the following message after the first two photos were uploaded:
You have a space quota of 1024K, your files currently use 1008K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota.

Is that message from Coppermine or from my host?  If from Coppermine, how can I change the space quota?  I can't find it in config when i log in as administrator.
